Enterprise Mobility Solutions Engineer

Job Description:

 

ISEC7 Government Services is looking to recruit experienced and highly motivated individuals to join a team of Enterprise Mobility Consultants that provides premier consultative engineering services to federal and enterprise clients, primarily centered on mobile device usage and security. Qualified full-time candidates located near the Baltimore area.  Hybrid Work environment.

 

The Enterprise Mobility Solutions Engineer will have deep technical knowledge of the enterprise mobility and IT space and will apply problem-solving skills to complex client requirements and integrations. In addition, the Enterprise Mobility Solutions Engineer will build and broaden their industry knowledge over the course of various projects and industry training.

 

Your Primary Tasks:

  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure a streamlined customer experience to deliver high quality professional services centering on mobility software and security solutions.

  • Plan and deliver proactive and reactive support including onsite presence as needed 

  • Engage in meetings with customers and account teams to articulate service offerings.

  • Share and gain knowledge through communication, collaboration and knowledge transfer amongst ISEC7 Government Services technical team

  • Work within a larger team to strengthen customer relationships and work on strategies for immediate and long-term service delivery plans.

  • Identify and manage goals and opportunities across environments to improve the health, performance, and availability of the enterprise.

  • Drive and participate in proactive delivery management, spot performance issues, analyze problems, and provide solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Apply lessons learned for continuous process and delivery improvement for the customer.

  • Contribute to on-call rotations to ensure a high quality of service for critical incidents created by Support for Mission Critical customers.

  • Manage and monitor installed systems

  • Test and maintain operation systems

  • Monitor application performance

  • Configure, test and validate custom client requirements in internal ISEC7 labs

  • Become an expert in multiple UEM and security vendors’ solutions

  • Exercise professional judgment on engagements by providing proactive solutions and recommendations

  • Guide and support UEM and security software deployments

  • Evaluate and recommend changes to customer network architectures to support the UEM and security solutions

  • Assist with writing technical documentation in support of integrations and project requirements

  • Support the development of materials for and provide technical product training to clients

  • Support sales with technical proposals for new project Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • CompTIA Security+

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience in software, support/services or IT. An equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience may be considered.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive successful client engagements

  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites for engagements

  • Ability and willingness to work cross-functionally within a small, dynamic team

  • Demonstrated technical ability to solve challenging software/hardware/network/server problems

  • Mobile device management experience using any enterprise system.

  • Familiarity with various enterprise network topologies 

  • · Experience with Implementing and troubleshooting MDM for iOS, Android, and other supported OS’s.

  • Experience with enterprise-grade software solutions (MS Exchange, MS Active Directory, VMware ESXi, client PKI infrastructure, etc) and their integration into EMM Solutions

  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new solutions, technologies and products

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

 

Additional Qualifications:

 

  • DoD Clearance preferred

  • Experience working with Federal and DoD agencies
